Wash hair with shampoo. Towel dry until the hair is damp, not soaking wet. Apply from roots to ends, concentrating on the ends. Massage gently with your hands for two to three minutes. Cover with a shower cap and leave for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use once or twice a week for best results.
