Refund and return policy

Unopened products in their original seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email blossomkpakistan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to start a return.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with photos. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery charges.

For hygiene reasons, opened cleansers, serums, creams, developers and bleach powders cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of the item reaching us.
