Wet the skin with warm water. Take a generous amount of scrub. Massage gently in circles for one to two minutes. Use light pressure on the face and slightly more on the body. Rinse thoroughly. Always follow with a moisturiser. Use two to three times a week on the face, and daily on the body.

Two to three times a week is enough for the face. Daily scrubbing damages the barrier and causes exactly the dullness and redness you are trying to fix. On the body — knees, elbows, upper arms and the back — you can use it more often. If your skin stings or looks red afterwards, cut back and use the 7X Ceramide Barrier Repair Cream for a few days before scrubbing again.

Use it once a week to start, with very light pressure, and always patch test. Stop if the skin stings.
